Founder & Chairman
The firm was founded by Mr. Satish Verma in 1983. A qualified Civil Engineer, he laid the foundation of the business with deep technical knowledge and a vision to create a trustworthy real estate practice.
His philosophy has always been to build relationships over transactions. His integrity and understanding of construction and property have helped the firm earn a strong reputation and long-standing client trust.
Co-Founder & Senior Advisor
Mr. Ashok Verma, brother of Mr. Satish Verma, is a key pillar of the firm. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he spent around 23 years with Escorts before joining the family business.
His corporate experience brings discipline, structure, and strategic insight to the firm. As a senior advisor, he plays an important role in guiding clients and strengthening business operations.
Director
Aditya Verma, son of Mr. Satish Verma, represents the next generation of leadership. A Civil Engineer, he joined the firm in 2012 with a vision to modernize and expand the business.
He focuses on client consulting, investment strategies, and construction projects, while also working towards growing the firm’s digital presence and scaling operations. He continues to carry forward the legacy of trust built by his father.
